About Oh là là Charlotte French Patisserie was founded by Andrea Langlois. Andrea was born in Brazil, after which she lived in Italy, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Germany, and France. The flavors, textures, and impressions of food have since taken on a different meaning for Andrea. All of her memorable encounters with diverse cultures around the world always began in the kitchen.  After working as a French and Portuguese teacher for Indian children, she decided to turn her passion into her profession: French patisserie.
