Oh là là Charlotte French Patisserie was founded by Andrea Langlois. Andrea was born in Brazil, then lived in Italy, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Germany and in France. Since then, the tastes, textures and impressions of food have taken on a different meaning for Andrea. All of her memorable encounters with various cultures around the world always began in the kitchen. 

After working as a French and Portuguese teacher for Indian children, she decided to turn her passion into her job: French patisserie. Having gained experience in France, a diploma in her pocket and full of determination to make the Netherlands enjoy authentic French patisserie, Andrea created Oh là là Charlotte at the end of 2018.
